Most. Lata Khatun is a Lecturer in the Department of Environment Protection Technology at German University Bangladesh. She holds an MS in Environmental Science and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Environmental Science and Resource Management from Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University. She has published several papers in renowned journals, focusing on topics such as open space assessment, morphometric analysis using GIS, and flood risk and resilience.

 

Waste management, biodiversity conservation and ecosystem services, human geography, GIS, climate change adaptation, urbanization, sustainability, environmental policy, resource management, hazards and disaster management, and gender-based violence.
